Residents can connect to the internet via a wireless or land line connection. You will need an ethernet card in your computer and an ethernet cord if you would like to connect with a land line. In order to obtain a wireless connection you will need to make sure your computer is equipped with wireless capabilities.

You are welcome to bring some of your own furniture with you, but don't forget that we already fully furnish all of our apartments.

We do not offer a discount if you pay your rent in full.

Our beds are full-size, extra-long. We suggest that you purchase queen-size sheets, however full-size sheets also fit if they are made of a material that will stretch.

Residents can make credit card payments and view their account balance on-line at www.pointeatwestern.com. Payments can be made with the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Residents can also make a payment using an E-check. There is a convenience charge for these services.

No. We do not send our residents a bill each month for rent. Rent is due on the first of each month and considered late at 11:59p.m. on the 2nd. (*The first rental installment is due on July 15th)

Every resident is required to have a guarantor (co-signer) regardless of their age. Residents can choose to prepay 1 ½ months in advance in lieu of obtaining a guarantor. The 1 ½ month payment would be applied to the end of lease contract.

Your first payment on a standard lease is due the July 15th each year. If your contract begins sometime after our standard move-in, your first rental payment will be due on the day you move in.

The following utilities are included with your monthly rental payment: *Water *Sewer *Trash *Internet in every bedroom *Extended Basic Cable in all rooms

Yes, we have ample general parking for all residents. General parking is free and is on a first-come-first-serve basis. We also offer carports to our residents for an additional $15.00 per month. Carports not only protect your car from the weather, they also give you a reserved space near your building.

All our of prices are quoted "per room" because we offer individual leases. Please call the office at 269-544-1700 for current prices.

The Pointe At Western leases all apartments by-the-bed. Instead of having one lease per apartment, we offer a separate individual lease for each bedroom within the apartment. Having your own individual lease means that you're only responsible for your rent, not your roommate's.

The Pointe at Western offers seven different floor plans. We offer three unique studios, two bedroom / two bathroom, three bedroom / three bathroom, four bedroom / two bathroom, and four bedroom / four bathroom. Please contact the office for current availability of each floor plan.
